The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) announced the schedule for the 2025 summer, with the men's and women's teams set to play two series simultaneously, including the blockbuster assignments against India. England men's five-match Test series against India will be played between June 20-August 4 while England women's series against India women, which includes three T20Is and three ODIs, will be played from June 28 to July 22.
Leeds will host the first England-India Test from June 20. The second Test will be played in Birmingham from July 2. The third Test will be played at Lord's from July 10 with Manchester and The Oval scheduled to host the fourth and fifth Tests respectively. India women's tour of England begins with five T20Is: on June 28 (Nottingham), July 1 (Bristol), July 4 (The Oval), July 9 (Manchester) and July 12 (Birmingham). This will be followed by three ODIs on July 16, July 19 and July 22 to be played in Southampton, Lord's and Chester-le-Street respectively.
The India series will be preceded by West Indies' visit to England. The men's and the women's team will both play three ODIs and three T20Is each. England's summer begins with Zimbabwe's first Test in England since 2003, with the four-day game scheduled to be played at Trent Bridge from May 22. Towards the end of the summer, the men's team will play three ODIs and three T20Is against South Africa from September 2 to September 14. England will also visit Ireland in the same month to play three ODIs on 17, 19 and 21 respectively.
