ICC ODI Team of the Year 2024: No Representation from India or Bangladesh

The ICC has announced its ODI Team of the Year for 2024, with no players from Bangladesh, India, Australia, South Africa, or New Zealand making the cut. Sri Lankan batter Charith Asalanka has been named the captain of the team.

Sri Lanka leads the XI with four players, followed by Pakistan and Afghanistan with three players each. The West Indies have one representative in the squad.
