PCB Sends Revised Itinerary for Bangladesh's Tour of Pakistan
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially sent a revised itinerary to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for the upcoming five-match T20I series between the two nations. The adjustment was made following the rescheduling of the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, which will now be played from May 17 to May 25.
The original plan had the Bangladesh-Pakistan series starting on May 25, the same day as the PSL final. To avoid a scheduling conflict, the T20I series has been pushed back by two days and will now commence on May 27.
Revised Schedule for Bangladesh vs Pakistan T20I Series:
1st T20I – May 27, Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad
2nd T20I – May 29, Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad
3rd T20I – June 1, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
4th T20I – June 3, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
5th T20I – June 5, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
The PCB’s adjustment ensures that both the conclusion of the PSL and the bilateral series can be held without overlap or logistical complications. The Bangladesh team is expected to arrive in Pakistan on May 21, following their series in the UAE.
This series is a key part of Bangladesh’s preparation ahead of the T20 World Cup, and both boards are working closely to ensure smooth execution.
