Mehidy Hasan Miraz Honored for Achieving 2000 Runs and 200 Wickets in Tests
Bangladesh's dependable all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz recently reached a rare milestone in Test cricket by accumulating 2,000 runs and taking 200 wickets. In recognition of this remarkable achievement, the Bangladesh Cricket Supporters Association (BCSA) presented him with a commemorative plaque.
Miraz, currently ranked as the No. 2 all-rounder in Test cricket, expressed his delight at the gesture and praised BCSA's ongoing support.
In a heartfelt statement, he said:
“The brothers from BCSA always support us on the field, even when we’re playing abroad. Today they came to congratulate me on my 2,000 runs and 200 wickets in Test cricket. It felt great—they’ve always supported us from behind the scenes.”
