Babu Replaces Amzad as Media Committee Chairman

A fresh wave of administrative reshuffle has swept through the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). In a significant decision, the leadership of the media committee has changed, bringing Mokhlesur Kamal Babu to the forefront.

He has been appointed as the new chairman of the BCB’s media committee. Prior to this, he served as the vice chairman of the same committee, gaining relevant experience in the role.

His responsibilities are not limited to just one committee. Babu has also been entrusted with another role, as he will now serve as the head of the BCB’s welfare committee as well.

The BCB officially confirmed these changes through a statement. The announcement outlined the new distribution of within the board.

Amzad Hossain had been serving as the chairman of the media committee since the BCB elections held in October last year. He had carried out the duties of the position for a considerable period.

However, in a recent board meeting, a decision was made to replace him with Babu. Although the decision had been taken earlier, the BCB made the official announcement on Sunday night.
