Bangladesh Eye Series Whitewash Against Pakistan in Final T20I
The final T20I of the three-match series between Bangladesh and Pakistan takes place today at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, with the hosts aiming for a historic clean sweep after clinching the series in the first two matches.
After losing all three matches during their tour of Lahore in May–June, the Tigers are now on the verge of payback on home soil. Having already sealed their first-ever T20I series win over Pakistan, Bangladesh now look to complete a 3-0 whitewash.
Bangladesh captain Liton Das won the toss and opted to bowl first, sending Salman Ali Agha's side in to bat. Notably, Bangladesh made five changes to their playing XI despite having already won the series—resting key players and giving opportunities to those on the bench.
