West Indies Announce 15-Member Squad for Test Series Against Pakistan
Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against Pakistan. The Caribbean side will be led by captain Roston Chase, while Jomel Warrican has been named vice-captain.
The squad largely retains the core group that recently secured a 1-0 Test series victory over Sri Lanka. However, young left-arm orthodox spinner Joshua Bishop has earned his maiden Test call-up following a string of impressive performances in domestic cricket. Batter Kirk McKenzie also returns to the Test squad for the first time since 2024, replacing injured opener John Campbell.
Star fast bowler Alzarri Joseph has made himself unavailable for the series due to personal reasons.
West Indies Test Squad:
Roston Chase (Captain), Jomel Warrican (Vice-Captain), Joshua Bishop, Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Joshua Da Silva, Justin Greaves, Kavem Hodge, Shai Hope, Amir Jangoo, Shamar Joseph, Brandon King, Kirk McKenzie, Keemo Paul, Kemar Roach, Jayden Seales.
