Rebecca Lowe Joins Ireland U19 Women’s Team for ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025

Lisburn’s Rebecca Lowe has been called up to Ireland’s 15-member squad for the ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2025. She replaces Elice Tector, who withdrew from the squad due to injury.

Previously named as a traveling reserve, Lowe’s spot in that role has been filled by Clontarf’s Genevieve Morrissey.

The 16-team tournament is set to take place in Malaysia from January 13 to February 2, 2025.

Preparation Camp and Match Schedule:

The Ireland team will travel to Dubai on January 3 for a preparatory camp, during which they will play warm-up matches against the UAE and Scotland. On January 11, the team will head to Malaysia, where they will face South Africa U19 Women and Malaysia U19 Women in two official warm-up matches.
