Modern High School Cumilla Crowned Champions of Prime Bank National School Cricket Tournament 2024–25

Modern High School Cumilla has clinched the title of the Prime Bank National School Cricket Tournament 2024–25. Due to persistent rain, the final match was abandoned, and the winner was decided by a toss, as per tournament regulations.

The final, held at the Bashundhara Sports City Cricket Ground, saw Modern High School Cumilla face off against Police Lines School and College Bogura. However, continuous rainfall prevented both teams from playing the minimum required 20 overs, and even a Super Over could not be arranged under the circumstances.

According to the tournament rules, if a final match is abandoned, the champion is to be decided by a toss. Luck favored Modern High School Cumilla, who were declared champions as a result.

As tournament winners, Modern High School Cumilla received a cash prize of BDT 1.5 lakh, while runners-up Police Lines School and College Bogura were awarded BDT 1 lakh.
