BCB Mourns the Passing of Mizanur Rahman Sinha
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has expressed deep sorrow at the death of Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Managing Director of Acme Group and former Member of Parliament. He passed away on Saturday while undergoing treatment in Singapore.
In a condolence message sent by the BCB Media Department on Sunday, the board stated that Mizanur Rahman Sinha was an important patron of sports in Bangladesh. Through various initiatives and support from Acme Group, he made significant contributions to the development and promotion of cricket and other sporting activities in the country.
The BCB also said in its statement that the death of Mizanur Rahman Sinha is an irreparable loss to the country’s sporting arena. His contributions to sports will be remembered for a long time.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board extended its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the bereaved family of Mizanur Rahman Sinha.
