World Cup Finalist in USA T20 World Cup squad

The United States of America (USA) is one of the main hosts of the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup. They have announced a squad of 15 members for the global gathering of T20 cricket on home soil.

Former New Zealand cricketer, and finalist of the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup, Corey Anderson, is part of the USA squad.

31-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman Monank Patel leads the team. The performers of the 4-0 victory against Canada in the series have earned their places in the squad.

Despite suffering a hamstring injury in the series against Canada, star all-rounder Ali Khan is included in the World Cup squad to bolster the bowling attack.

Saurabh Netravalkar, Aaron Jones, and Steven Taylor are also part of the squad. Accredited off-spinner Milind Kumar has secured his place after performing against Canada.

This time, the USA is in Group A, where their companions are Canada, India, Pakistan, and Ireland.

It's worth mentioning that all teams can make changes to their squads until May 25. After that, to make changes, they will need the green signal from the ICC's Event Technical Committee.
