Tonight (June 29) at 8:30 PM Bangladesh time, the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 final will take place, featuring India, vying for their second title, against South Africa, eagerly seeking their first. Prior to the final, Australia's popular cricket website, Cricket.com.au, has published their best XI of the tournament, which includes Bangladesh's Rishad Hossain.
Australia's Travis Head (255 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 158.38) and India's Rohit Sharma (248 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 155.97) are selected as the openers for the team.
West Indies' wicketkeeper-batter Nicholas Pooran (228 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 146.15) is considered for the number three spot. USA's Aaron Jones (162 runs in 6 matches at a strike rate of 135) will bat at number four.
