Mumbai Indians' (MI) batter Tim David and batting coach Kieron Pollard have been penalized within the scope of the IPL (Indian Premier League). A decision was made to impose a fine of 20 percent of the match fee on these two individuals for violating the IPL's Code of Conduct during Thursday's match between Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Mumbai.
According to the IPL's press release, David and Pollard breached Level 1 of Article 2.20, where the entire incident of Spirit of the Game is mentioned. Although their fault or error was not specified.
