BCB condoles the passing of former cricketer Ainul Islam Tiash
Former cricketer and sports organizer Ainul Islam Tiash has passed away. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) expressed grief at his demise.
Ainul Islam Tiash was 57 years old at the time of his death on April 21, 2024.
In his cricketing career, Ainul Islam Tiash played as a pace bowler. He represented clubs like Azad Boys, Lalmatia, and Kalabagan in Dhaka League cricket.
Apart from his playing days, he served as a member of the ticket and seating committee of the BCB. He was also a former co-ordinator of the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPL). His contributions as a player and successful sports organizer earned him respect and recognition.
