Nightwatchman Taijul spreads light in the morning

The second day's play of the Sylhet Test is underway. After quickly losing three wickets towards the end of the first day, Bangladesh had hoped to stabilize their innings today. However, within the first 30 minutes of the morning, opener Joy departed, swiftly followed by Shahadat Hossain Dipu.

Despite the setbacks, Nightwatchman Taijul Islam stood his ground in the morning session, contributing to Bangladesh's run tally. While Jay, Dipu, and Liton were dismissed, Taijul continued to fight for Bangladesh's cause.

In the morning session today, despite losing two quick wickets, Taijul Islam and Liton Das fought back at the crease. Their partnership yielded 41 runs before Kumar struck again, dismissing Liton for a well-made 25.
