Rishad Hossain the Lone Bangladeshi in Lahore Qalandars' Final XI
Lahore Qalandars, often dubbed a “slice of Bangladesh” in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) due to their inclusion of multiple Bangladeshi all-rounders, have selected only Rishad Hossain in their playing XI for the PSL final against Quetta Gladiators.
Despite having three Bangladeshi all-rounders in the squad, the Qalandars opted for leg-spinner Rishad as their sole Bangladeshi representative in the title-deciding clash.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwean all-rounder Sikandar Raza has rejoined the squad following national duties in England and features in the final lineup as well.
The final is being held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, and started at 8:30 PM Bangladesh time.
