In the fourth T20 of the series in Harare, India secured a massive 10-wicket victory against Zimbabwe, ensuring a series win with one match remaining. Yashasvi Jaiswal, who remained unbeaten with a commanding 93 runs off 53 balls, was awarded the Player of the Match.
After losing the toss and being sent to bat first, Zimbabwe posted a score of 152 for 7. In response, the two Indian openers dismantled the Zimbabwean bowlers, scoring 156 runs without losing any wickets in 15.2 overs. With this enormous 10-wicket win, India took a decisive 3-1 lead in the series, clinching the series victory.
India had faltered in the first match of the five-match T20 series against Zimbabwe. However, Shubman Gill's team did not look back after that, securing the series with three consecutive wins. There is still one match left, which has now become a mere formality.
Chasing a target of 153, Yashasvi Jaiswal remained unbeaten with 93 runs off 53 balls, including 13 fours and 2 sixes. Shubman Gill also remained unbeaten with 58 runs off 39 balls, hitting 6 fours and 2 sixes.
Despite losing seven wickets in their innings, Zimbabwe managed to surpass 150, ending their 20 overs at 152 for 7.
