Anamul Haque Bijoy's Century Goes in Vain as Rajshahi Fall Short Against Khulna Tigers

In a thrilling match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Anamul Haque Bijoy, the captain of Durbar Rajshahi, scored a brilliant century against Khulna Tigers. Despite completing his century on the last delivery of his innings, Bijoy could not guide his team to victory. Hasan Mahmud's magical performance in the final over helped Khulna win the match by 7 runs. Rajshahi, chasing a target of 210 runs, finished their innings at 202 for 4.

Although Bijoy's century wasn't enough to secure a win for his team, it marked several milestones for the player. His century was the 7th in BPL history, making him the 9th Bangladeshi batter to achieve this feat. Additionally, with 5 sixes in his knock, Bijoy became the 5th player to hit 100 sixes in BPL history.
