2025 BPL: First Qualifier – Chittagong Kings vs Fortune Barishal

In the first qualifier of the 2025 BPL, Chittagong Kings will face Fortune Barishal. The current champions, Fortune Barishal, have won the toss and decided to bowl first, hoping to make it to the final for the second consecutive year.

For Tamim Iqbal's Barishal, the stakes are high as they look to defend their title. On the other side, Chittagong Kings are also aiming for the final, having secured their spot by defeating Barishal in their final league match.

The winner of this match will move directly into the final. The losing team will get another shot by playing in the second qualifier, where they will have to win to secure a place in the final.

Kyle Mayers, who started the tournament with Barishal, has returned after finishing his stint in the ILT20 and is once again playing for Barishal.
