Bangladesh team is dominating against Zimbabwe in the ongoing T20 series on home turf. Despite some hiccups in batting, Najmul Hossain Shanto's team has clinched significant victories in the first two matches.
Today (May 7) in Chattogram, the mission for the Tigers is to seal the series victory. They have already stepped onto the field for the third match after securing victories in the first match by 8 wickets and in the second match by 6 wickets.
If Tigers win this match, they will ensure victory in the 5-match series.
In the previous two matches, Bangladesh won the toss, but today Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza won the toss and opted to bowl first, taking a different approach to bowling. Both teams have made 2 changes each to their lineup.
Wellington Masakadza has returned to the XI, displacing Ainsley Ndlovu. Richard Ngarava has been omitted, and Faraz Akram gets a chance in the XI.
Bangladesh has made two changes to their XI. Shoriful Islam and Shak Mahedi Hasan have been rested. Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Tanvir Islam have earned spots in the XI.
