Three exciting matches took place today in the Dhaka Premier League. In the first match, Dhanmondi Sports Club lost by 5 wickets to Agrani Bank at the BKSP ground. On another ground, in a low-scoring encounter, Gazi Group defeated Shinepukur by 8 wickets, with captain Enamul Haque Vijay scoring a quick fifty off just 26 balls. Gulshan Cricket Club also registered their second win of the tournament with a dominant performance in Mirpur.

At the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Rupganj Tigers batted first and were bowled out for 228 runs. Asaduzzaman Payel from Gulshan claimed 4 wickets to help restrict the Tigers. In response, Gulshan's opening pair made a strong start, with Jawad Abrar scoring 67 runs off 75 balls, including 9 fours. His opening partner Azizul Hakim Tamim made a valuable contribution with 40 runs off 37 balls. Khalid Hasan, coming in at number three, added 43 runs before being dismissed, securing an easy victory for Gulshan.

In the other match at BKSP, Dhanmondi Sports Club, after being put to bat first, could only manage to score 115 runs in 33.5 overs. Agrani Bank's Rabiul Haque was the standout bowler, taking 4 wickets for just 14 runs. Chasing a modest target, Agrani Bank lost quick wickets early but Marshall Ayub’s fighting fifty ensured a 5-wicket win for his team.

In the final match of the day, Gazi Group Cricketers comfortably defeated Shinepukur with a quick-paced fifty from captain Enamul Haque Vijay. Batting first, Shinepukur were bowled out for just 161 runs. Gazi Group chased down the target easily, with their openers providing solid starts. Vijay struck 52 runs off 27 balls with 8 fours and 2 sixes before being dismissed. His opening partner Sadikur Rahman also made 50 runs. Later, Salman Hossain Imon (23) and Shamsur Rahman Shuvo (33) made useful cameos, leading the team to an 8-wicket victory with 32.1 overs to spare.
