PSL over, Iman shares an emotional message to fans

Parvez Hossain Emon’s dream start in the Pakistan Super League came to an abrupt end. The Bangladeshi opener has been ruled out of the tournament due to a shoulder injury in his debut season, raising concerns not only for him but also for the upcoming New Zealand series.

On April 3, during a ম্যাচ against Multan Sultans at Gaddafi Stadium, Emon suffered a serious shoulder injury following a collision with teammate Asif Ali while fielding. Subsequent MRI scans confirmed a ligament tear, forcing him out of the competition.

Shaken by the setback, Emon expressed his disappointment in a message on social media. Addressing the fans, he wrote,

“Dear Qalandars fans,

I’m truly devastated that my PSL journey has come to an end due to injury. I was super excited for this opportunity and felt I was just getting into my rhythm, but Allah knows best and He is the best of planners.

This was my first overseas franchise, and I’m incredibly grateful to have experienced the Qalandars brotherhood within this team.

Thank you for your trust and support. I’m sorry I couldn’t continue the journey with you this season. I will be watching and supporting the boys all the way.

InshaAllah, I will see you again soon.

Dil Se… Qalandars”
