Jofra Archer gears up for England return in T20 series, eyeing T20 World Cup

The hopeful England management has announced that Jofra Archer will play in the upcoming T20 series against Pakistan next month. Before the tournament began, he had some training sessions with the team but couldn't return to the main squad due to ongoing rehabilitation for his injury. Despite this setback, the England team performed well in the World Cup, even though their pacers didn't exhibit much attacking pace, rather opting for a slightly slower approach.

This year, Archer was released from the IPL to ensure a healthy recovery process. The ECB does not want to risk his fitness by rushing him back into action. England is scheduled to play a 4-match series against Pakistan next month, where Archer's participation is expected. If everything goes according to plan, Archer might also feature in the T20 World Cup squad.
