At one stage, Pakistan was comfortably placed at 107 for the loss of one wicket. However, a collapse ensued, leading to their innings being wrapped up at 274 runs. Bangladesh’s openers then played out the remaining two overs of the day without losing any wickets.

Miraz, a key off-spinner for Bangladesh alongside Shakib Al Hasan, was exceptional in this match. His five-wicket haul came from a total of 22.1 overs, making it his 10th in Test cricket.
