Bangladesh has made history in Rawalpindi with a whitewash of Pakistan in the Test series. Pakistan has been thoroughly defeated in the Test series on their own soil. After winning the first Test by 10 wickets, Bangladesh secured a thrilling victory by 6 wickets in the second Test. Dominating in back-to-back Tests in Rawalpindi, this marks a commanding win for Bangladesh. The Ministry of Youth and Sports advisor, Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan, has congratulated the Bangladesh team on this historic victory.

Bangladesh has made new history at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium by winning their first-ever Test series against Pakistan, and Pakistan has been whitewashed. The task of putting Pakistan on the back foot was primarily achieved by young pacers Hasan Mahmud and Naheed Rana the previous day. After Pakistan was bowled out for 172 runs, Bangladesh was set a target of 185 runs, which they achieved by losing 4 wickets. Riding on the performances of Shakib and Mushfiqur, Bangladesh has delivered a series defeat and a whitewash to Pakistan.

After 24 years of attaining Test status, Bangladesh has tasted their first Test match and series victory against Pakistan on Pakistani soil. The National Cricket Team of Bangladesh has been congratulated by Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan, advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The advisor has extended greetings to the national team and all involved in light of this historic achievement.

Advisor Bhuiyan commented, "The benefits of the July Revolution are now being seen across every sector of sports. Whether it is whitewashing Pakistan in Tests for the first time or winning the SAFF U-20 Championship, everything reflects the new Bangladesh."

Regarding the team's outstanding performance, the advisor added, “If we keep the sports sector free from corruption and political influence, the country will achieve even more success in sports. The government is making every effort to ensure this.”
