Cricket South Africa (CSA) announces the schedule of the 2024/25 International Home Series
South Africa's cricket board (CSA) has released the schedule for the upcoming international home series for the 2024/25 season. Through a press release, CSA conveyed the details.
South Africa A will play two Tests against Sri Lanka A at home. Proteas will face Pakistan across all formats. South Africa's women's team will host England's women's team for a multi-format series.
The South African International Summer will kick off with a series between South Africa A and Sri Lanka A. From August 31st to September 4th, both teams will compete in three 50-over matches. From September 8th to 18th, they will play two four-day matches.
The first Test against Sri Lanka will commence on November 27th at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium in Durban. The second Test will begin on December 5th at St. George's Park in Port Elizabeth.
The South Africa women's team will play England women's team in three international T20 matches from November 24th to 30th and three One Day Internationals from December 4th to 11th.
Against the Pakistan national cricket team, South Africa will play three international T20 matches from December 10th to 14th, three One Day Internationals from December 17th to 22nd, and two Tests from December 26th to January 7th.
