Bangladesh Test Squad Announced for West Indies Series, Shanto as Captain, Miraz as Deputy
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the squad for the two-match Test series against the West Indies. Both Tests are part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC).
A 15-member squad has been announced with Najmul Hossain Shanto as captain. Like in the ODI format, Mehidy Hasan Miraz will serve as the deputy in Tests as well.
Bangladesh will play two Tests against hosts West Indies in Antigua and Jamaica. Before the Test series, the Tigers will also play a four-day warm-up match in Antigua.
