The three-match ODI series between Bangladesh and Afghanistan begins today (November 6). Afghanistan captain Hashmatullah Shahidi won the toss and elected to bat first.
Bangladesh will open with Soumya Sarkar and Tanzid Hasan Tamim, while the middle order will rely on experienced players like Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, and Towhid Hridoy. In the spin department, vice-captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz will lead alongside Rishad Hossain, and the pace attack will feature Taskin Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman, and Shoriful Islam.
