Aamir Jamal Ruled Out of Test Series Against Bangladesh
Aamir Jamal has been ruled out of Pakistan's Test squad for the upcoming series against Bangladesh. Aamir, who was included in the squad pending fitness clearance, has been advised to return to Lahore's National Cricket Academy to work on his fitness.
In a statement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that right-arm fast bowler Aamir Jamal has been dropped from the Test squad ahead of the series against Bangladesh.
Aamir sustained a back injury earlier this year while playing county cricket and is currently in the process of recovery.
Both Tests of the series will be held in Rawalpindi, with the first Test starting on August 21, followed by the second and final Test on August 30. As part of the Test Championship, this series holds special significance for both Bangladesh and Pakistan.
