Bangladesh ends Day 2 on a high note with a 52-run lead. Bangladesh concluded the second day with a lead of 52 runs, with Mahmudul Hasan Joy unbeaten on 169 runs and Mominul Haque unbeaten on 80 runs. In the first innings, Bangladesh scored 338 runs, losing only 1 wicket.
Earlier, in the first session, Bangladesh scored 109 runs without losing any wicket. In the second session, Sadman Islam was dismissed for 80 runs, and Bangladesh went into tea break at 198/1. However, Bangladesh didn't lose any more wickets after that. Joy and Mominul's brilliant batting took Bangladesh ahead, with Joy scoring a century and Mominul scoring a fifty.
