At the end of next month, the New Zealand national cricket team will travel to Pakistan. Michael Bracewell will captain the Kiwis in the 5-match T20 series.

New Zealand did not consider IPL players Trent Boult, Devon Conway, Lockie Ferguson, Matt Henry, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips, Rachin Ravindra, Mitchell Santner, and Ken Williamson for the series.
Will Young is not considered for his agreement with the Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club. Also, Tom Latham is not considered due to the expectation of the birth of his second child.
Tim Southee, Collin Munro was also not considered.
Bracewell will lead a group where 7 players have played in previous T20 World Cups. For the first time in the T20 squad, there are Wellington's Tim Robinson and Canterbury's Will O'Rourke.

New Zealand will fly to Pakistan on April 12th for the series. The first match will be played in Rawalpindi on April 18th.
