Schedule Announced for Bangladesh-Pakistan ODI Series, Two Teams to Face Off in March
The dates for the Bangladesh–Pakistan ODI series have now been finalized. Although Pakistan’s tour of Bangladesh had been confirmed earlier, the official match schedule had not been announced. Putting an end to the speculation, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has released the full itinerary for the three-match One Day International series.
According to the board’s press release, the Pakistan team will arrive in Dhaka on March 9. The visitors are scheduled to hold a practice session in Mirpur on March 10. The first ODI will take place on March 11 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The same venue will host the second and third matches on March 13 and 15 respectively. All three matches are set to begin at 2:15 PM Bangladesh time.
Meanwhile, the new season of the Pakistan Super League is scheduled to begin on March 26. After completing the franchise tournament, the Pakistan team is likely to tour Bangladesh again in April, with discussions suggesting such a possibility.
