Match officials announced for Test series against Bangladesh
The Bangladesh cricket team is set to tour Pakistan this month. The Tigers will play two Test matches against Pakistan. This series is part of the World Test Championship. On Friday, the ICC announced the match officials for the Bangladesh-Pakistan Test series.
The Chief Match Referee for both Test matches will be Ranjan Madugalle from Sri Lanka, who is a member of the ICC Elite Panel. Additionally, there will be three umpires from the ICC Elite Panel and two umpires from the International Panel.
The first Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan will be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from August 21 to 24. The second Test will take place at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi from August 30 to September 3.
For the Rawalpindi Test, alongside South Africa's Adrian Holdstock, England's Richard Kettleborough will be one of the on-field umpires. England's Michael Gough will serve as the third umpire, and Pakistan's Rashid Riaz will be the fourth umpire.
