India U19 have won the toss and have opted to field vs Bangladesh
Bangladesh has triumphed over Pakistan to secure a spot in the final of the U-19 Asia Cup. Now, the young Tigers will face India in the much-anticipated final. The Indian captain has won the toss and opted to bowl first.
By comfortably defeating Pakistan, the defending champions have advanced to the final once again. Today, Bangladesh will take on India in their quest for the title.
This is the second consecutive year that Bangladesh has reached the final of the U-19 Asia Cup. In the previous edition, Bangladesh defeated the UAE to lift the trophy.
Before the main tournament began, Bangladesh had defeated India in their only warm-up match. Bangladesh, after batting first, scored 217 runs and won the match by 27 runs. Captain Azizul Hakim Tamim was the hero of the game with an all-round performance. Carrying those positive memories, Bangladesh now battles for the title.
