Busy Season Ahead for Pakistan Women Cricketers as PCB Announces 2025–26 Calendar
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the 2025–26 season calendar for women's cricket, promising a busy and competitive schedule both internationally and domestically for its women cricketers.
International Fixtures:
The season will kick off with a tour of Ireland, where the Pakistan women's team will play a three-match T20I series in Dublin from 6 to 10 August 2025.
Following that, Pakistan will host South Africa for a three-match ODI series at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore as part of their preparation for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup to be held in Sri Lanka and India next year. The matches are scheduled for 16, 19, and 22 September.
Afterward, Pakistan will travel to Sri Lanka for the Women’s World Cup. The league-stage matches will take place from 2 to 24 October, with the semifinal and final scheduled for 29 October and 2 November in Colombo, if Pakistan qualifies.
In February–March 2026, South Africa will tour Pakistan for three ODIs (part of the ICC Women’s Championship) and three T20Is.
A similar series against Zimbabwe is scheduled for April–May 2026, with venues to be confirmed later.
Before the Women’s T20 World Cup, Pakistan will participate in a tri-nation T20I series in Ireland involving West Indies and Ireland.
The season will conclude with the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, scheduled to be held in England from 12 June to 5 July 2026.

Pathway Cricket (U-19):
Women’s U-19 T20 Tournament – 15 September to 6 October 2025 | Karachi
Pakistan U-19 Women’s Tour of Bangladesh – December 2025 | 5-match T20I series

“This calendar is a part of our strategic plan, focusing on regular, competitive cricket to ensure the development of women cricketers. Our preparations ahead of global events are both comprehensive and challenging.”
“For emerging U-19 talent, the Pathway tournaments and Bangladesh tour offer a major platform. Additionally, we are actively working to launch a departmental tournament for women cricketers.”
