Spinner Aliss Al Islam has emerged as a surprise inclusion in the squad. He was also part of Bangladesh’s team for the recently concluded Asian Games. However, fast bowler Nahid Rana has been ruled out of the limited-overs series due to injury, having also missed the one-off Test against Afghanistan for the same reason.
